These Terms govern your use of themuseumofpublicart.com, operated by Public Art Furniture Co.. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe each product's materials, size and condition as accurately as we can. All pieces are newly made to order. Solid wood is a natural material; grain, knots, live edges and tone vary from piece to piece, and decor shown in photos is for styling only unless stated.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, belongs to Public Art Furniture Co. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Public Art Furniture Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
